Responsibilities:

Unlock new user growth through product offerings design, content marketing, social media campaigns and affiliates collaboration.  Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability. Map out the user journey and increase user funnel conversion through surfacing product ask, user education and operation campaigns.  Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels. Planning and execution of online and some offline marketing activities, events, and campaigns to local audiences.The successful candidate will develop digital solutions to increase customer acquisition using a range of digital channels including web, social, advertising, SEO, CRM and PR to drive traffic and conversion, in particular.Lead website performance and drive permanent evolution – improve SEO performance and drive content strategy that goes with it.Develop strategy for social networks to complement the SEM activity – develop new digital solutions to accelerate growth (ambassador programs, FB community, Instagram, tik tok etc.) Monitor performance and constantly optimize the campaigns.Other Duties: • Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Requirements:

Must have professional qualifications (e.g. Bachelor's or Master's degree) in  Marketing or any  related discipline), with impeccable written English language skillsAt least 5 years minimum experience in a similar role is required.Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.Must have recent extensive PPC experience. Must have experience with customer retention (e.g. lifecycle emails, analytics, strategy). Must have extensive CRM experience. Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally.Numeracy skills, with strong IT skills. A proven track record of 'making a difference especially meeting set targets
