- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge to demonstrate and explain product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Address customer inquiries and objections effectively to close sales.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to close deals successfully.
- Ensure that all sales are profitable and align with the company's financial objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirement:
Experience:
- Minimum 4-10 years of hands-on experience in IT technical sales.
- Proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and achieving sales growth/ROI.
- Comprehensive understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, cloud solutions, and networking.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value deals.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on understanding and meeting client needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. An MBA or technical certification is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
