RESPONSIBILITIES

To gain practical experience In Data Center Sales in NigeriaKey Area of Duties Represent the company and promote its image Guarantee compliance with Compliance rules in its activities regarding business practices Respect the Group strategy, rules and policiesMain Activities Learn various sales techniques such as prospecting, cold calling, lead qualification, and closing deals specific to data center products and services. Become familiar with different data center solutions, including hardware (servers, storage, networking equipment), software (virtualization, management tools), and services (consulting, maintenance, support). Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their needs and propose suitable data center solutions. Conducting market research to identify potential customers, market trends, and competitors in the data center industry. Gaining in-depth knowledge about the data center products and services offered by their company, including features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Assisting the sales manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales contracts for clients. Learning to manage and update sales pipelines, track leads, and follow up on opportunities in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems. Participating in ongoing training sessions and workshops to improve sales skills, product knowledge, and industry awareness. Developing a basic understanding of data center technologies, infrastructure, and architectures to effectively communicate with technical teams and clients. Working towards achieving sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) set by the company. Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure smooth sales processes and customer satisfaction. Keeping up-to-date with advancements in data center technologies and industry trends through self-study, training programs, and attending conferences or seminars. Person Specification: The candidate must have experience in Data management or working with Data Management tools.
