- Implement the channel strategy in line with overall business goals and area market dynamics.
- Drive channel effectiveness to achieve sales targets and market penetration, focusing on quarterly performance metrics.
- Track the onboarding rate of new channels to expand market reach.
- Recruit, manage, and nurture relationships with channel partners to maximize coverage and sales performance.
- Implement strategies to measure the increase in channel coverage and the number of active channel partners in each area.
- Optimize partner onboarding procedures for seamless and timely integration.
- Monitor partner engagement and evaluate satisfaction to strengthen alliances and collaboration.
- Implement strategies to measure the percentage of revenue generated by partners within the network.
- Measure the effectiveness and profitability of each channel to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Monitor costs associated with promoting products and generating sales to increase revenue.
- Measure the margin per sale to provide insights into product profitability and advise on pricing strategy.
- Measure the region's ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities.
- Evaluate current market strategies and capabilities in capturing emerging opportunities.

- Conduct in-depth analysis to assess the effectiveness of customer segmentation and provide recommendations to optimize targeting approaches and drive sales growth.
- Engage the team to utilize new technologies/systems for successful adoption.
- Drive the effectiveness of integrating new technologies with existing systems.
- Conduct physical visits to key customers and manage relationship and operational discussions.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly to enhance satisfaction and customer experience.
- Investigate and resolve customer claims, measuring the time taken to achieve satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage stakeholder relationships to secure favourable terms, enhance cost-effectiveness, and ensure compliance.
- Drive brand perception among target customers and stakeholders, identifying areas for brand enhancement and reputation management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certification in Business Administration or NIM, NIMN
- A master's degree or relevant certifications in channel management or sales would be an advantage.
- Minimum of ten 10 years’ work experience proven experience in channel management, partner network management, and sales strategy within the downstream oil and gas industry.
- 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on market analysis, profitability, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in utilizing technology for business growth and operational efficiency.
- Business acumen and knowledge of Channel Management,
