Responsibilities:

Responsible for managing the sales, operations, and human resources function of the boutique to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitabilitySetting the strategic direction for regional/national boutique salesFocusing on shortlist of clients with profit potentialSupporting the Account Manager with renewal activities


Boutiques Sales

Oversee the development and implementation of new products and markets which will secure the firm’s future growthNurture & grow the business to $15M revenue by end of 2024Responsible for the submission and creation of reports of staff, financial, and commercial commission on a regular basis.Handles the responsibility of leading and guiding the boutique sales including the external sales through useful presentations and training programs.Looks after the development of client relationship and proper organization of client database. Total P&L accountability and annual sales budget planning and implementationWorking closely with the sales team to implement a storytelling brand strategy, through a renewed customer experience, which encompasses product, channel, sales, and customer serviceProvide strong functional leadership to the company work force


Corporate Sale Role Responsibility

Drive the brand, profile and proposition through Corporate sales in line with market participation strategy. Create, implement and manage expansive and commercial Corporate sales strategy and management plan that delivers the growth targets. Identify, secure and develop new profitable Corporate business throughout Nigeria.Pro-actively seek out new business opportunities in Nigeria and work towards achieving agreed new business targetsSegment new business opportunities in order to be able to focus efforts on short list of clients with profit potentialEnsure outstanding representation and preparation at all significant Business Development meetings Work as part of an effective global team in order to drive consistency across corporate salesHandover to Account Management once criteria has been met


Requirements:

Sales background in the banking sector market, or relevant transferable skills and knowledge from other financial services industries such as, Retail, Commercial or Investment Banking and Wealth Management.Previous experience in a service industry of handling large, blue chip accounts and selling at Senior/Board Level.Demonstrated track record in achieving new business targets and continually demonstrating application in this key area.Business/commercial acumen on pricing/contract issues.Strong negotiation skills
