Logistics Officer

Job Description
- Coordinate the distribution of items, concessions, documents, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage the inventory of film copies both physical and digital, promotional materials, and related assets, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage conditions.
- Liaise with courier services, and digital platforms to arrange the delivery and return of film copies and promotional materials.
- Plan and oversee the transportation of items, concessions, digital items, ensuring secure and timely delivery.
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory, and prepare regular reports on logistics activities, costs, and performance metrics.
- Analyze logistics costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement strategies to optimize expenses while maintaining service quality.
- Address and resolve any issues in the distribution process, such as delays, damaged goods, or discrepancies in orders, and take corrective actions as needed.
- Work closely with teams to align logistics operations with release schedules and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure that all delivered materials meet quality standards and specifications required.
Qualifications
- HND or Bsc, in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years minimum
- Strong understanding of distribution logistics and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, and ERP systems.
- Procurement and negotiation skills
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task
- Time management skills
