• Plan and coordinate office events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical aspects are managed efficiently.
• Arrange for necessary equipment, catering, and other services required for successful events and meetings.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are equipped and ready for use.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitoring for administrative and facility-related expenses.
• Track and report on expenditures, identifying cost-saving opportunities and ensuring adherence to budgets.
• Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior management.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Admin and Facility Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of facility management best practices and health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a high attention to detail.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
