  • Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels

Requirements
Non-negotiable criteria:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles with at least 7 years of experience as a COO or in a similar capacity
  • Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
  • Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Ability to diagnose problems quickly and foresee potential issues.

Experience: 

  • Background that candidate should have:
  • Fundraising experience
  • Schooled abroad, international business experience
  • Industry where candidates should have worked before:   Experience in [Construction, Real estate, Banking, Finance , FMCG, Logistics, Energy,], or related fields is strongly preferred.
