Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the real estate industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful property acquisitions and sales.  Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring favorable terms.  Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Provide regular sales reports and projections to senior management


Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's degree preferred). Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market. Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated experience in developing and executing successful sales strategies.  Self-motivated and results-oriented. Valid real estate license (if required).
