JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field. Proven experience in industrial marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in the poultry agriculture sector. Strong understanding of poultry agriculture products, processes, and industry dynamics. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive market environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Industrial Marketing Officer to join our team and drive the marketing efforts for our poultry agriculture products and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting our offerings, expanding our customer base, and maximizing sales opportunities in the industrial market segment.Duties Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our poultry agriculture products and services to industrial clients. Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the poultry agriculture sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with industrial clients, including poultry farms, hatcheries, feed mills, and agribusinesses. Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals with industrial customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral, presentations, and technical documents to support sales efforts. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network with potential customers and showcase our products and services. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Stay updated on industry developments, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the poultry agriculture sector. Provide timely reports and updates to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
