Responsibilities

Logistics Management

Coordinate and optimize logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order deliveriesLiaise with third-party logistics partners to maintain efficient delivery networksMonitor delivery performance, address challenges, and implement improvements

Rider Recruitment

 Develop and execute strategies for recruiting delivery riders to meet operational demandsCollaborate with HR to conduct interviews, assess candidates, and facilitate the onboarding processMaintain a pool of qualified riders and ensure an adequate supply to meet business needs

Training and Development

Design and conduct training programs for new and existing riders to enhance their skills and efficiencyProvide ongoing support and guidance to riders to ensure a high level of service quality

Performance Monitoring

Implement performance metrics to monitor the effectiveness of logistics operationsConduct regular assessments of rider performance and address any issues promptly

Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of rider information, including contact details and performance dataGenerate reports on logistics and rider recruitment activities for management review


Requirements-

Minimum of 1 year of work experience in an Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain related roleYou must have completed studies at a University, Polytechnic or similar institutionYou should be familiar with CRM, and comfortably use spreadsheets to collect, analyze & interpret dataEffectively manage projects using project management techniques and toolsBe conversant with Logistics operations in such industries as Food and Beverage, FMCG, e-Commerce, Transportation, and othersCommunicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders, and able to negotiate, tooDemonstrate results in improving business performance through leadershipHave a highly developed sense of urgency
