JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the baby food or FMCG industry.Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.Highly motivated and results-oriented.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy to achieve sales targets and expand market share.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.The NSM will be responsible for Leading, mentoring, and motivating the national sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve skills and performance.Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's market presence.Develop and manage a national account strategy, including key account management.Oversee sales operations, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company objectives.Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and market trends.
