Operations Assistant

Our client, a leading investment company in the Real Estate space, is looking to hire a driven Field Operations Assistant to join its growing team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the field operations team in executing various tasks to ensure the seamless functioning of day-to-day field activities and work with other departments to maintain efficient operations, manage logistical challenges, and contribute to the overall success of all projects.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating field operations and activities
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of field activities, expenses, and documentation related to field operations
- Generate periodic reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues as they arise
- Work closely with field operations managers and team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow
- Contribute to the improvement of operational processes and procedures
Person Specification:
- Minimum of an OND from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or relevant software
