JOB SUMMARY

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the renewable energy sector, specifically with PV solar, UPS systems, and inverters.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong technical knowledge of renewable energy products and solutions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools.Ability to travel within Lagos and occasionally to other regions as required.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive for sales success.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Passionate about renewable energy and sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial and Technical Sales Manager to join our team in Lagos. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales of renewable energy products, including UPS systems, solar panels, and inverters. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in PV solar and a proven track record of achieving sales targets in the renewable energy sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Business Development:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand the customer base.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial and technical sectors.Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.Technical Expertise:Provide technical support and guidance to clients on PV solar, UPS systems, and inverters.Conduct site assessments and analyze customer requirements to propose suitable solutions.Stay updated on the latest technologies and industry trends in renewable energy.Customer Relationship Management:Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective account management and after-sales support.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues promptly and professionally.Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain detailed records of customer interactions.Collaboration and Coordination:Work closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns.Provide feedback to product development teams based on customer needs and market trends.Market Analysis and Reporting:Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry developments.Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to the senior management team.Contribute to the development of pricing strategies and business plans.
