Job Title: Executive Assistant

Location: On-site

Hours: Full-time, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our executive team. As an integral member of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and assisting with various tasks to facilitate the efficient functioning of our executives.

Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.Calendar Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the CEO, including managing supplies, schedules, and appointments.Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including screening phone calls and emails, and handling in-person duties with professionalism and discretion.Social Media Management: Utilize knowledge and interest in social media platforms to manage social media accounts and ensure timely posting for various accounts, including content creation, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and ensuring smooth execution.Research and Analysis: Conduct research on various topics as needed and provide summaries or reports to executives to aid in decision-making processes.Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism at all times.
