We are in search of a personable, attentive, and customer-centric individual to become part of our team as a Customer Care Representative.

As the initial point of contact for our clientele, you will be tasked with delivering outstanding service, responding to queries, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor with customers at all times.
  • Responding swiftly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with clients via various channels.
  • Recognizing and resolving customer complaints.
  • Possessing comprehensive knowledge of our products to answer questions efficiently.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints.
  • Coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Providing constructive feedback to enhance the customer service process's efficiency.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and offering professional support.

Requirements:

  • OND/HND/BSc in Business Administration or related discipline.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to remain calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Proficient in computer usage.
  • Experience in customer support roles.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours based on business requirements.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive outlook.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order processing.
