Eunisell Limited is a specialty chemicals and engineering solutions company, supplying key chemicals and production solutions to a wide range of customers operating in the downstream oil and gas, automotive and industrial sectors in Africa.
We are a market leader in designing, formulating and producing oilfield chemicals for production and completions applications. With a focus on delivering differentiated chemical technologies to drive performance, we support customers and projects in 5 deep-water assets in Nigeria. To deepen our operation in the oil and gas production and engineering services and acquire future businesses, we are seeking an experienced Technical Manager (Production Solutions) to join our team in Lagos, Nigeria.
JOB SUMMARY
Qualification / Experience B.Sc. or equivalent in related field. M.Sc / MBA as well as relevant professional certification will be an added advantage. Practical experience working as a Marketing Manager or in a strong team Minimum of 7 years' experience in the role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary The Marketing Manager isresponsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for Eunisell Limited in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.Roles and Duties Lead generation and conversion tracking through all possible channels Ensuring adequate promotion of Eunisell's brand Improve and increase brand visibility and awareness Implement strategic marketing plasn to achieve sales targets & profitability. Oversee all marketing campaigns for thecompany Implement marketing strategies and collaterals to achieve the desired results Promotion of Eunisell's products and services Ensure the company is communicating aright to attract new customers and retain existing ones Represent the marketing team to cross-functional groups including product management, sales, or customer support Updating senior leadership on the progress of marketing activities and reporting on the results of campaigns Manage and coordinate marketing team and budgets Lead market research efforts to uncover the viability of current and existing products/services Collaborate with media organizations,advertising and relevant agencies Brainstorm ideas for new campaigns Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies Monitor current campaigns and ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks completed Analyze data to evaluate the success of marketing efforts and devise new ideas to improve brand marketing and exposure Developing marketing strategies for advertising Company's products and services Organizing promotional events and coordinating day-of deliveries and staffing Analyzing website click-to-purchase conversion rates and the effectiveness of promotions to determine what drives sales Identifying potential new markets and creating a plan to enter those markets Partnering with product development and buying teams to estimate product demand Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
