  • Proven track record in managing 24/7 operations for banking and call centers
  • Ability to align business strategy with IT capabilities

  • Skilled in negotiation and business decision-making
  • Self-reliant and honest with a strong work ethic
  • Fluency in English

RESPONSIBILITIES

Deploy and oversee technology to align with the Bank's business objectives, covering a range of software applications, network infrastructure, communications, security, and disaster recovery.
