JOB SUMMARY
BSc/HND in any relevant disciplineMinimum of 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to learn new software and procedures quicklyPositive attitude and a professional demeanorDiscretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet visitors and guests with a warm and welcoming demeanorDirect visitors to the appropriate staff or departmentAnswer, screen, and transfer phone calls professionallyManage visitor logs.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception areaSchedule appointments and meetings.Prepare meeting rooms with the necessary materialsReceive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveriesMaintain office supplies and order new ones as neededPerform other duties as assigned
REQUIRED SKILLS
