Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent area
  • Must have completed the compulsory 1-year NYSC or have an exemption certificate
  • 3+ years of experience in experience design
  • Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
  • Well-rounded, user-centered design portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet and TV
  • Experience with prototyping tools Marvel, Invision, Axure, design tools Sketch, Adobe Suite, Craft, and Graphical and Visual Design, including use of a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure, InVision, Sketch oр other tools for Graphic Design, Visual Design
  • Experience with conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping
  • Knowledge of Agile software development process
  • Professional fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken
