Qualifications

  • Experience: 4 Years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the fintech or tech startup industry.
  • Skills: Expertise in digital design, branding, and UI/UX design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design tools e.g., Figma, Sketch.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital and branding work, particularly in fintech or tech-related projects.
  • Creativity: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with motion graphics is a plus
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred.
