IT Support Officer

Job Summary: IT Specialist responsible for managing and maintaining computer systems, networks, and databases to ensure efficient and secure operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain computer systems, networks, and databases to ensure efficient and secure operations.
• Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving software and network issues.
• Design and implement maintenance procedures to ensure system integrity and availability.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to prevent downtime and ensure data security.
• Provide training and support to non-technical employees on information systems and company network.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to ensure IT-related infrastructure and development meet company needs.
• Manage IT-related platforms and databases to ensure data integrity and security.
• Establish and maintain user accounts, troubleshoot login and password issues, and provide network administration support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance.
• Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, and software.
