IT Support Officer

Job Summary Responsible for managing IT operations, including network management, software development, and database administration. Key duties include troubleshooting software issues, maintaining computer systems and networks, and providing technical support to employees. Responsibilities: • Test and modify systems to ensure reliable operation. • Provide users with effective and efficient support for Internet services and IT tools. • Protect customer data from external infiltration through encryption and secure data storage. • Regularly assess infrastructure to ensure it meets necessary demands. • Stay up-to-date with new technology. • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for IT-related infrastructure and development. • Manage IT platforms and databases to ensure data integrity. • Design and implement maintenance procedures. • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. • Provide technical support across the company, including in-person and phone support. • Establish user accounts and assist with password or login problems. • Provide network administration and support, including server and access point maintenance. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent. • Minimum 2 years of experience with hardware and software installation and maintenance. • Extensive knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, and software.
