Cashier

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cashier to process transactions, manage payments, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Accurately process Petty cash, handle cash, and operate point-of-sale POS systems efficiently.
• • Manage various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and ensure proper handling of receipts and change.
• • Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, and report any discrepancies.
• • Ensure all transaction records and receipts are filed and maintained accurately.
• • Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times.

Qualifications:

• • Ordinary Diploma or National Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• • 3 years of cogent experience as a cashier.
• • Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• • Proficiency in operating point-of-sale POS systems is an advantage.
• • Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
