Cashier

Seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Cashier to process transactions, manage payments, and provide exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Process petty cash, handle cash, and operate point-of-sale POS systems efficiently.
• Manage various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and ensure proper handling of receipts and change.
• Maintain and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift, and report any discrepancies.
• Ensure all transaction records and receipts are filed and maintained accurately.
• Keep the checkout area clean and organized at all times.

**Qualifications**

• Ordinary Diploma or National Diploma in Accounting or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a cashier.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in operating point-of-sale POS systems is an advantage.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
