Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited (AFSH) was established in 2002 to produce high-quality Day-Old Chicks and Point of Cage Pullets.
Our Objective
Our objective is to produce and deliver healthiest chicks with maximum potential for growth, optimal feed conversion rate and highest number of eggs from state-of-the-art production facilities by using special insemination techniques
JOB SUMMARY
Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the poultry industry.Knowledge of poultry farming practices, genetics, and health management.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Sales Representative for day-old chicks at Amo Farm Sieberer Hatchery, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and fostering relationships with customers in the poultry industry.Your primary responsibility will be to promote and sell our day-old chicks to poultry farmers, distributors, and other relevant stakeholders.Key DutiesSales and Business Development:Actively seek out new customers and business opportunities within the assigned territory.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.Collaborate with the marketing team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.Customer Relationship Management:Understand customers' needs and requirements and recommend suitable day-old chick products accordingly.Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers, including information on breeding, genetics, and health management.Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.Market Intelligence:Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.Gather feedback from customers and market insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to management.Training and Support:Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers on best practices for raising day-old chicks.Offer ongoing support and assistance to customers to ensure the successful rearing of chicks and optimal performance.
