JOB SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

Oversee daily pharmacy operations, including dispensing medications, counseling patients, and managing inventory.Ensure compliance with all federal and state pharmacy regulations and company policies.Provide clinical expertise and guidance to pharmacy staff on medication therapy management and patient care.Monitor prescription orders for accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and promote medication safety.Train and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and interns.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance activities.Maintain accurate records and documentation of pharmacy activities.
