Job Objective:

As the Engineering/Facility Manager, you have a key role in overseeing the maintenance and improvement of our facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure they're all in top shape to support company goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise maintenance and repairs of heavy & light-duty equipment, tools, and machinery.
  • Lead efforts to enhance facility operations and maintenance processes.
  • Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
  • Conduct audits of company tools and equipment, ensuring timely repairs or replacements.
  • Prepare annual maintenance budgets and propose capital expenditures.
  • Collaborate with Internal Control to set maintenance process metrics and boost performance.
  • Maintain machinery parts inventory, oversee purchase orders, and approve invoices.
  • Contribute to designing and implementing top-notch maintenance strategies.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to occupational health & safety regulations.
  • Provide recommendations for equipment procurement to support production activities.
  • Supervise daily operations of direct and indirect reports.
  • Identify and allocate technical resources for effective project delivery.
  • Engage in skill enhancement programs for you and your team.
  • Present periodic updates on maintenance activities to the CEO.
  • Perform any additional tasks delegated by the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in facility and machinery management.
  • Possess excellent technical expertise in equipment, machinery, and maintenance procedures.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and problemsolving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Have a hands-on work ethic with a proactive approach to tasks.
