  • Act as a liaison between the manager and internal/external clients.
  • Screen, direct phone calls, and manage correspondence.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for the manager.
  • Organize and maintain an efficient office filing system.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant.
  • Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent English skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
  • Familiarity with modern office gadgets and applications.
  • Bachelor's or HND qualification.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proximity to the location is a key factor.

Minimum Experience: 2 years
