JOB SUMMARY

Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, or logistics roles. Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices, including supplier management and contract negotiation. Proficiency in inventory management software/systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of renewable energy or related industries is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties Collaborate with internal teams to assess procurement needs and develop strategies for sourcing materials, equipment, and services. Manage the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management, to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and reconciling discrepancies. Coordinate logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure efficient movement of materials and equipment to project sites. Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues or delays that may arise. Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and minimize disruptions to project timelines. Provide regular updates on procurement, inventory, and logistics activities to internal stakeholders, including preparing reports and presentations as needed. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings in procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations.
