RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare project charter/governance document and create project office and project team. Do stakeholder mapping and understand each person's role within the project lifecycle using RACIE model Create long and short-term plans, including scheduling, setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines. Create project budget and ensure the cost-effectiveness of the project implementation.
