  • Plans and manages the execution of multi-discipline FEED/Conceptual Design Studies & EPC engineering in local and international offices.
  • Prepares and administers design budgets, estimates, forecasts, and schedules.
  • Ensures timeliness and technical correctness of all works performed by the Engineering Team.
  • Responsible for the technical integrity of the team, addressing working methods, tools, quality assurance, peer reviews, and communication with team members.
  • Coordinates with consultants, vendors, and contractors for seamless project execution.
  • Manages value improvement processes.
  • Sets strategic goals and objectives for the engineering department in alignment with the company's overall vision.
  • Monitors team performance and project progress, taking proactive measures to address issues or risks.
  • Manages third-party consultants and specialists.
  • Ensures all design engineering activities meet or exceed engineering standards in quality, cost, safety, and performance.
  • Responsible for working within the provisions and guidelines of the Quality Assurance system, utilizing corporate Project Management systems.
  • Understands and follows OH&S procedures.

Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or Electrical, from an accredited university.

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in engineering management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects in Design & Engineering in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience in related designation or specialty.
  • NSE/COREN certification is required.
