  • Communicate engineering strategies transparently to stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Balance business priorities, user experience, and technical requirements effectively.
  • Implement strict quality assurance practices to uphold product quality standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and cybersecurity practices for product security.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated leadership in engineering roles within fintech or banking.
  • Proficient in banking products and financial services.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, SQL, JPQL/Criteria API.
  • Knowledge of security access controls and permissions.
  • Hands-on experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with relational databases, schema design, and query optimizations.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools, Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong communication skills and technical articulation abilities.
  • Experience mentoring engineering teams and crafting technical documentation.
  • Prior work on core banking infrastructure such as Lending, Savings, and Payments.
