JOB SUMMARY

  • Qualifications: OND / HND or BSc in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts for brands or organizations.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for different platforms and audiences.
  • Creative mindset with a keen interest in storytelling and visual communication.
  • Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical approach to interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Familiarity with design and photo/video editing tools is a bonus.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Half day on Saturdays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to lead our company's online presence on various social platforms. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about social media trends, skilled at creating engaging content, and proficient in devising strategies to expand our digital footprint and enhance user interaction.
  • Key duties include developing and executing social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement, crafting and curating appealing content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, managing the company's social media profiles and interactions, staying informed about social media trends and advising on leveraging new opportunities, collaborating with different teams on integrated marketing campaigns, monitoring and analyzing social media performance metrics, and staying compliant with industry guidelines while implementing best practices.
  • Furthermore, the role involves exploring innovative tactics to enhance social media performance continually and achieve desired outcomes.
