JOB SUMMARY

  • A graduate with a Bachelor's Degree and 1-3 years of industry experience
  • Demonstrated ability to add substantial business value through dedication and initiative
  • Self-motivated with a keen focus on achieving results
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in tasks like counterparty and credit risk management
  • Experience in project management and successful execution of various projects
  • Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Skilled in coaching, facilitation, presentations, and team-building
  • Previous exposure to Sales, Supply Chain, or Operations is advantageous

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Description: Oversee and manage supply chain processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance product quality within the business unit

  • Contribute to developing and executing supply chain strategies
  • Create and implement business plans, conduct reviews, and lead teams towards achieving targets
  • Ensure optimal resource utilization and efficiency enhancement
  • Compliance with laws and regulations, and coordination with local authorities
  • Analyze market conditions to support business decisions
  • Participate in business reviews and continuous improvement projects
  • Manage team members, assess performance, and provide feedback
