Job Description:
- Ensure accurate and timely accounting records are maintained and treated appropriately.
- Secure company assets, stock, and cash at all times.
- Post transactions and analyze account records.
- Engage in inventory, customer, and sales reconciliation.
- Maintain general ledger schedules.
- Prepare reliable and timely reports, including IMS raw data, customer ledger, stock records, purchases, and health checks.
- Issue invoices, receipts, and properly record and file all documents, including payment tellers.
- Manage the interface between the front office and back office finance team.
- Prevent cash loss and maintain the fixed assets register.
- Candidates should possess an OND in Accounting.
- Must have 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Required age: 23-35 years.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Dependability, reliability, and responsibility.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Initiative and willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within required timeframes.
- Residency in the city of interest.
