Job Summary

  • We are looking for a Sales Operations Data Analysis Officer to join our team. This role involves handling data analysis in the retail division and administrative operations of sales.
  • The position is centralized to manage data analysis for the division and backend sales operations across various regions. Responsibilities include data sourcing, analysis, documentation, filing, project monitoring, and reporting.
  • Additionally, the Sales Operations Officer will manage sales applications, process documentation, and other business analysis deliverables.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret and analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights.
  • Clean business data and conduct statistical analysis for meaningful insights.
  • Analyze trends to support data-driven decisions.
  • Create visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
  • Conduct statistical analysis on research data to identify patterns.
  • Design surveys to collect consumer and market data.
  • Support all sales operations activities across regions.
  • Manage trade exhibitions and outreach to promote products and services.
  • Maintain and update critical sales data and reports.
  • Process Proforma invoices for prospective SME clients.
  • Initiate, track, and report survey requests for new projects.
  • Conduct financial analysis for proposed projects.
  • Generate Adhoc reports within approved timelines.
  • Screen and onboard indirect sales agents.
  • Lead branding efforts for stores to create awareness.
  • Verify sales and process commission fees for agents.
  • Validate invoices and process commission fees.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • B.Sc in Accounting / Statistics / Marketing / Sales / Data Analysis or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in telecoms or FMCG with analytical and project management skills.
  • Interpersonal capabilities and leadership qualities.
  • Business/Project Management Qualification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Understanding of B2C sales environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
