JOB SUMMARY

Requirements A high school diploma or general education degree (GED)Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Coffee AttendantGood communication skillsIdeal candidate must be customer-centricTop-notch customer service skills.Good food preparation skills.Ability to work well under pressure with high customer traffic.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Welcome staffby determining their coffee interests and needs.Educate staff by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and responding to questionsPrepare coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks, such as expresso, expresso lungo, caffe latte, and cappuccino.Maintaininventories by replenishing coffee bean supply; stocking coffee brewing equipment; and maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for the coffee bar.Keepequipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; and calling for repairs.Maintaina safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations.Maintainand improve the appearance of the store and coffee bar.Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items
