Responsibilities
- Must understand and comply with safety rules and company policies.
- Maintain a motivated staff and ensure compliance with personnel policies and regulations.
- Promote forward thinking to enhance performance in changing market conditions.
- Ensure safety, environmental, and DOT compliance.
- Manage all personnel in Completions Department.
- Determine equipment and supplies needs while managing inventory levels.
- Communicate with customers and sales to deliver services as per specifications.
- Schedule supervisors, oversee their work, and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform hands-on tasks when necessary, including field duty.
- Supervise equipment and facility maintenance.
- Identify problems and suggest improvements to upper management.
- Review performance against standards and report results.
- Submit required reports promptly.
- Available for 24-hour call basis work.
- Provide orientation and training for subordinates.
- Perform other duties as assigned within job constraints.
- Understand and comply with safety rules and company policies.
- Adhere to Weatherford Quality Policy and all quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years operational experience with 4-5 years coordinator experience and a University Degree or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of Completion Technologies products and services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and quality skills.
- Proven ability in recruiting, training, and motivating personnel for profitable growth.
- Understanding of budgeting and fiscal responsibility.
- Effective under pressure with advanced computer skills and multitasking ability.
