JOB SUMMARY
Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / OND qualification with 2 - 3 years work experience.Experience: 2-3 years.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist the different station chefs in the kitchen, help prepare ingredients and perform other kitchen tasksAssist other kitchen staff as neededEnsure all dishes are prepared according to specification, served at the correct quality, portion size, and temperatureAssist in overseeing and directing all aspects of the operation of the kitchenAssist in food preparation, storing, and service delivery to customersEnsure the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all timesEnsure proper preparation of all food to be servedAbility to work under pressure and deliver high-quality workExcellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as listening skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyPrevious experience in a similar or related position is usually required
REQUIRED SKILLS
