Job Description

  • We are a dynamic and innovative home fragrance company seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team.
  • We are looking for a results-driven professional to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and build strategic partnerships.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  • Developing and implementing effective business development strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Conducting market research and analyzing industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Developing and managing business cases, proposals, and presentations.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum two 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.].
