JOB SUMMARY
1-2 years of experience in social media marketing or a related field.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies.Strong understanding of social media best practices and the latest trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and resourceful with a knack for storytelling.Proficient in social media scheduling tools and analytics platformsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our overall marketing objectives.Conduct audience research to understand our target demographics and tailor content accordingly.Create engaging and high-quality content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) based on brand guidelines and industry trends. (Text, Images, Videos)Schedule and publish content consistently across all social media channels.Manage and moderate comments and messages on social media platforms, fostering a positive and interactive online community.Track social media analytics and reporting to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, PR) to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
REQUIRED SKILLS
