Social Media Manager

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media channels, including posts, images, videos, and other multimedia assets.
- Manage and maintain all client social media accounts, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Foster meaningful interactions with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive engagement and achieve specific goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to inform strategy development and content creation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media initiatives,
- providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to optimize performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, content, and other departments,
- to ensure cohesive and integrated social media strategies across all channels.
Requirements:
- 2 - 3 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, preferably in a digital marketing agency setting.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and engagement metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
- Project management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
