Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality content for various platforms including blog posts, social media, emails, videos, and more. Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Social Media Management: Create, curate, and schedule content across all social media platforms. Engage with followers, monitor conversations, and grow social media presence.
  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan, implement, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels SEO, SEM, email, social media, etc.. Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • SEO & Analytics: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content for search engines, and analyze web traffic metrics. Provide insights and recommendations to improve digital marketing performance.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated drip campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in the brand's tone and style across all digital content. Ensure that all content reflects the brand's values and resonates with the target audience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, sales team, and other stakeholders to create cohesive marketing strategies and content that support business objectives.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and content. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation.
  • Proficient in social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. and social media management tools e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and web analytics e.g., Google Analytics.
  • Experience with content management systems e.g., WordPress and email marketing platforms e.g., Mailchimp.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Graphic design experience e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva.
  • Video production and editing skills.
  • Experience with paid advertising e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
