JOB SUMMARY

Qualifications 5 O' level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings/NABTEB/ Trade test.Experience: 2 years of experience in similar role.The Person Must: Have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to analyze and optimize inventory turnover to inform effective inventory planning and management strategies. Accurate in maintaining and updating inventory records to ensure precise planning and forecasting. Proactive in identifying and mitigating potentials backorders through strategic inventory planning and replenishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To update production inventory data on data base (AXAPTA 2012) and send production inventory stock reports to keep management informed of the stock's status.The Job Update on the database all receipt & issues data for raw and packaging materials Forwards to account office copy of raw & packaging material receipt and reject documents for payment purpose Update the database with daily production output, product transfer to warehouse. Create and receive transfer orders for raw material & finished products Raise purchase order & post product receipt for raw and packaging materials. Send flour stocks and outstanding un-discharged trucks report. Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet production demands. Arrange for delivery, assembly, or distribution of supplies or parts to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules.
