JOB SUMMARY

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Machinery Maintenance, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years experience in machinery maintenance, repair, and operation.
• Certification in machinery maintenance or related field (CMRP, etc.) is advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure contractors have necessary facilities, equipment, and tools for efficient project execution.
• Develop detailed work plans with contractors for project schedule adherence.
• Supervise Mechanical work activities to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor progress, provide reports, and maintain project schedule.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for timely project completion.
• Handle piping technical queries and resolve field pipe work issues.
• Conduct construction feasibility analysis and propose expansion solutions when needed.
• Oversee piping erection operations, testing, and commissioning processes.
• Ensure all project punch list items are resolved without prolongation.
• Conduct HSE assessments, safety audits, and address non-conformities.
• Prepare test packages as per piping system requirements.
