JOB SUMMARY

BSc / HND / B.Eng in Civil Engineering.COREN, NSE, and PMP will be an added advantage.5 years' experience post-professional qualification.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead key resources for partnering with infrastructure projects operations teams to coordinate by clarifying key inputs – scope, budgets, schedules, and defined risks, for optimized delivery of projects.DuitiesLead communication and engagement with internal stakeholders and Vendors on the projects.Generate inputs to the Procurement, HSE, and other teams to support continuous improvement of project delivery processes and audits.Develop detailed project plans for capex projects and sign-off charter with stakeholders, to ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time.Coordinates and monitors the risk assessment process for specific tasks on the project, to enhance safe execution.Maintains up-to-date and comprehensive project documentation, for seamless project implementation.Implement the team's facilities maintenance program, at assigned locations.Partner on the Project team's strategic improvement initiatives.The Person Must:Have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Effective organizational and problem-solving skills.Possess problem-solving skills.Excellent analytical and time management skills.Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Possess excellent project management skills.
