  • Responsible for the final integration and commissioning of service terminals with a focus on maintaining acceptable loss levels.
  • Efficient planning of Fiber Projects.
  • Provide daily project updates to the team lead/data analyst throughout the project duration.
  • Timely updates on any issues that may affect project timelines.
  • Manage transportation of materials to project sites promptly.
  • Review and ensure the quality of materials supplied meet company standards.
  • Enforce compliance with work methods and deployment guidelines.
  • Monitor civil works activities and ensure safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Maintain regular communication with Estate/Facility Manager and other stakeholders.
  • Validate, submit, and track variations and milestone payments.
  • Ensure project tasks are completed without delays.
  • Submit necessary reports and documentation promptly after task completion.
  • Actively participate in project meetings and hand-over exercises.
  • Support team members or units as needed.

Educational Qualifications & Functional Skills

  • University Degree in Telecoms, Engineering, or Applied Sciences.
  • Certifications in Fibre Optic Cabling and HSE Grade III will be advantageous.

Functional Skills:

  • Proficient in fiber test tools such as OTDR, power meter & Light source, VFL.
  • Skilled in design software like AutoCAD, Visio/GIS tools.
  • Ability to use basic data analytics software like Excel, Word, Google Sheets.
  • Excellent Written & Oral Communication Skills.
  • Knowledgeable in telecom industry best practices for fiber & civil installation.
  • Strong emphasis on documentation practices.
