- Payroll and Benefits: Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, ensuring all employee salaries, bonuses, and deductions are calculated correctly.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Internal Audit: Coordinate internal audits to ensure compliance with financial control frameworks and statutory requirements.
- Business Risk Management: Manage key business risks, including BCP, by ensuring continuous and timely reporting of key risk indicators.
- Contract Management: Review the register of contracts to ensure visibility of key terms, including start/end dates, costs, payment terms, and break clauses.
- Financial Records: Lead the processing and generation of accurate and auditable financial records, including payments, month-end journals, and GL maintenance.
- CAPEX and AP/AR: Approve CAPEX, manage AP and AR invoices, and ensure timely and accurate reconciliations.
- Working Capital Management: Pro-actively manage working capital to ensure optimal cash flow and liquidity.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience working in the finance function of a multinational FMCG company or relevant role in the Big 4.
- Qualifications: Qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
- Skills: Strong financial management skills, experience with finance ERP systems, and leadership skills to motivate and develop a team.
