Requirements:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, color theory, layout, and typography.
  • Experience in creating and managing design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire a design team, with experience in people management and mentorship.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively and work collaboratively.
